Name change! In a recent press release, parent company Crompton Greaves Ltd. announced a name change to the Pauwels Transformer organization. The new name, CG Power Systems, is being instituted to coalesce a global identity. The distribution transformer operation and small/medium transformer operation (new plant with capabilities through 30MVA base rating American made) in Washington, Missouri have now become CG Power Systems USA Inc. The large power transformer operation in Winnipeg, Canada has now become CG Power Systems Canada Inc. All future correspondence including quotations, terms & conditions, marketing, order acknowledgements, drawings, and product nameplates will now be in the CG Power Systems name. We look forward to CG Power Systems increasing global presence and resources to aid our sales efforts in the southern California Market.
